Roadside Assistance Program for ICV and M&HCV Trucks & Buses

Coverage

The program is available for vehicles operating along the Golden Quadrilateral, North-South/East-West corridor, National Highways, and State Highways, excluding the North East and disturbed areas.

Features

  • Vehicle Stranding: Assistance is provided for vehicles stranded for more than 24 hours (terms and conditions apply).
  • Restoration within 24 Hours: Our goal is to restore stranded vehicles within 24 hours, covering all National Highways, State Highways, and the Golden Quadrilateral EW-NS corridor (a total of 247,000 km).
  • Reach Time: We aim to reach the breakdown site within 4 hours of receiving the customer's call.
  • Compensation for Delays: If the vehicle is not delivered within 24 hours, a compensation of Rs. 1000 per day is paid for each day of delay after 48 hours (on a prorated basis). Compensation is provided in the form of coupons, which can be exchanged for parts and Prolife services at any of our authorized channel partners.

Customer Responsibilities

  • Paid Repairs: The customer is responsible for paying the estimated cost of repair to TML authorized workshop.
  • Drivable Vehicles: If the vehicle is drivable, it is not covered under this scheme.
  • Load Transfer and Towing: These services are available at customer's cost.
  • Deputation Charges: For vehicles beyond warranty norms, a deputation charge of Rs. 1500 will be applied in addition to repair charges. The offer is not applicable if the customer refuses to pay these charges.

Additional Terms

  • Prolife/Float Units: The decision to use Prolife/float units lies with TML. If the customer disagrees with the usage, the offer is not applicable.
  • Exclusions: Tyres, batteries, and bulbs are not covered. Accidental vehicles and ancillary repairs involving third parties are also excluded.

Note: TML will be responsible for attending to vehicle on road with specified terms & conditions and with no other liabilities.
