TATA Kavach – Compensation for Delayed Delivery of Accident Vehicles
To boost customer confidence by ensuring minimal downtime for vehicles undergoing accident repairs at authorized Tata dealers or service stations, Tata Motors offers a delay-based compensation under the Tata Kavach – Quick Accident Repair scheme.
This scheme applies to the following models used for civil applications and insured under TATA Motors Insurance at selected workshops:
4 – 49 ton cargo vehicles
ACE
IRIS
ZIP
The offer is valid for calls routed and registered through the Tata Motors Insurance toll-free number 1800 266 0278.
Repair time for the vehicle begins only after receiving final approval from the insurance company and written consent from the customer.
This program assures a 15-day repair time for accidental repairs. If this timeframe is exceeded, compensation of INR 2000 per day will be paid to the customer for delayed delivery. It is applicable only for vehicles insured under TATA MOTORS Insurance at selected workshops.
